Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or refund. Return of merchandise shall be made within 30 days of receipt and the item shall be in as new, unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging. BONX reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items that are not in saleable condition.

Faulty items will be either replace, repaired or refunded subject to BONX customer service team. Faulty items are classified as items that are received damaged or develop manufacturing defects. Items damaged through general wear and tear are not classified as faulty.

Returns are only accepted for online purchase made from bonx.my website and not from BONX shop or BONX retail partner stores. Please contact the place of purchase for their return policy. Our return policy excludes sale items; full price items only. Return shipping cost shall be borne by customer.

If you wish to exchange an item, kindly request to return the item and all other terms shall be as per BONX return policy. Should the preferred exchange size is not available at that point of time, BONX shall substitute it with a refund. Our exchange policy excludes sale items; full price items only.
